This service is modeled after a traditional full design service, where the designer creates and designs homes and spaces from scratch, or is hired to do partial design or remodel of one or more rooms, including kitchens and bathroom design. Instead of hourly fees, I prefer to charge a flat fee, this way there are no surprises, and everything is outlined before we begin the project.
BLANK CANVAS: $20.00 per square foot (this can be a full home design, or a single and/or multiple room design, and kitchen and bathroom design projects)

5. Cabinet selection, design, and layout
6. Custom wall design (with dimensional drawing, elevations, and finish specification)

12. All tile selection (including bathroom walls, backsplash, and tile design elevation drawing)

18. Furniture with custom fabric selection

20. On site visits (as many as necessary)
21. Two design options with two design revisions (hourly fee after that)
